Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DrapifyApp ("we") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use our Service. We designed DrapifyApp to collect the minimum data necessary to run a reliable AI fashion-photography platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

  • Your name, email address, and Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
  • A unique DrapifyApp user ID, credit balance, plan, and account metadata.

1.2 Content you upload

  • Garment and fabric photographs, design references, and associated configuration (pose, quality, aspect ratio).
  • Temporary in-memory copies are sent to our AI providers to generate your images.

1.3 Usage & device data

  • Page views, click events, generation events, and performance metrics (Web Vitals) via Google Analytics 4.
  • Device type, browser, approximate (anonymised) IP-derived country, and referring URL.
  • UTM parameters and click identifiers (e.g. utm_source, gclid, fbclid) for marketing attribution.

1.4 Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers. Razorpay shares with us only a transaction ID, amount, and status.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the Service and generate the images you request.
  • To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
  • To communicate with you about your account, receipts, and important service updates.
  • To analyse usage, diagnose bugs, and improve performance.
  • To measure marketing campaigns via privacy-respecting aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI Model Training

We do not use your uploaded content to train our underlying AI models. Your Input is sent to our AI inference providers solely to produce your Output and is not retained by those providers beyond the immediate generation request, pursuant to our vendor agreements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with:

  • Infrastructure providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Google Cloud Run (API proxy), Google Gemini (image generation).
  • Payments: Razorpay for processing transactions.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage reporting.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and functional localStorage to preserve your session, preferences, and marketing attribution parameters. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for legal and audit purposes.
  • Uploaded Input: retained in session storage for the duration of your generation workflow and removed automatically on session end.
  • Generated Output: retained in your generation history so you can re-download; deleted when you delete the associated project.
  • Transaction records: retained for the period required by Indian tax law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure primarily runs in India and the United States. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in these locations under equivalent protections.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, access-controlled Firestore security rules, encrypted storage at rest, and least-privilege IAM for all internal access. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend using a unique Google account password and enabling 2-factor authentication.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
