Refund & Cancellation Policy

All credit purchases on DrapifyApp are final and non-refundable. This page explains that policy in plain language and what protections you do have.
1. No Refunds on Credit Purchases
DrapifyApp sells pre-paid generation credits. Once a credit purchase is completed and the credits are added to your account, the transaction is final. We do not offer monetary refunds, whether partial or full, for:
- Unused credits.
- Credits consumed by successful generations you later chose not to use.
- Dissatisfaction with a specific generated output when the Service functioned correctly.
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or wrong-plan selection.
We operate this policy because (a) credits are delivered instantly and can be consumed at any time, (b) every AI generation incurs real third-party inference cost at the moment it runs, and (c) credits never expire — there is no urgency forcing a purchase you will not use.
2. Automatic Credit Restoration for Failed Generations
If a generation fails on our side — the AI service returns an error, the output is unusable, the request times out, or our infrastructure is temporarily down — the credits used are automatically restored to your in-app balance at no cost to you. No request, no ticket, no waiting. The audit trail is visible in your account history.
This is a reliability guarantee, not a monetary refund: no money moves and your card is never re-credited. You simply get to retry without being charged twice.
3. Credits Never Expire
Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely, tied to the Google account you signed up with. You can spread a single purchase across months or years of usage — there is no "use it or lose it" window.
4. No Subscription, Nothing to Cancel
DrapifyApp does not operate any recurring billing, auto-renewal, or subscription. Every credit purchase is a one-time transaction initiated explicitly by you. There is nothing to cancel; simply stop using the Service whenever you like and any unused credits stay in your account.
5. Unauthorised or Duplicate Charges
If you believe a charge was made fraudulently (someone else used your card) or you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment-gateway error, contact us within 7 calendar days via our Contact page with the Razorpay transaction ID(s). After verification with Razorpay, genuine duplicate or unauthorised charges will be reversed to the original payment method.
This is the only scenario in which money is returned — it addresses payment fraud, not policy disagreement.
6. Account Termination
If we terminate your account for a material breach of the Terms of Service (fraud, abuse, policy violations), any remaining credits are forfeit and no refund is due. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice and issue pro-rated refunds for unused credits purchased in the 90 days preceding the shutdown announcement — the only exception to the no-refund rule.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank for a purchase that does not qualify under Sections 5 or 6 above is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. We always prefer to hear from you directly first — please use the Contact page.
