How do I crop Meesho shipping labels for a thermal printer?
Add the label PDF you downloaded from the Meesho Supplier Panel. The tool finds the shipping label on the page, shows it in a box you can adjust, and crops every page to a 4 × 6 inch (100 × 150 mm) label, rotated to fit if needed. Pages are cropped rather than re-photographed, so barcodes stay sharp, and the PDF never leaves your device.

How to use it
- Download the label PDF for your orders from the Supplier Panel.
- Add it here; several PDFs work too.
- Check the box covers the whole label, barcode included, and adjust it if needed.
- Choose 4 × 6 thermal and download, then print at 100% scale.
Printing on a thermal printer
Set the paper size to 4 × 6 inch (or 100 × 150 mm) in the print dialog and turn off “fit to page” or any scaling. Print one test label and scan its barcode with your phone before printing a full batch.
If the box misses part of the label
Label layouts can change. Drag the box so it covers the full label, including the courier barcode and return address, then download again. The same box is used for every page.
Why sellers crop labels
Label PDFs are often laid out on A4 with other information around the label. Cropping to the label alone saves thermal paper and makes labels fit standard 4 × 6 sticker rolls.
