How do I convert JPG to PNG?

It will not remove the background

- Does PNG improve image quality?
- No. It preserves what is there, and cannot restore what JPG compression removed.
- Why did my file get bigger?
- PNG is lossless, so photographs take more space than as JPG. That is normal.
- Are my images uploaded?
